Skills Development has extensive experience in all aspects of woodworking and tuition which can be tailored to each student’s specific needs. Taught by Master Craftsman Bob Lambert, this provides for general all rounded woodworking tuition or tuition specific to one or more aspects of woodworking or routing. We want to introduce you to a wood working experience that is safe and above all fun. 
Home Tuition We have been running Home Tuition for over three years and it is becoming very popular. This provides the student the opportunity to receive personalised tuition in the familiar surroundings of their own workshop. Each session can be tailored to as much or as little to the individual needs of each student.
 Workshop Tuition is one of our original forms of tuition and runs at our purposely fitted workshop. This provides the student the opportunity to receive personalised tuition at our well equipped workshop. Each session can be tailored to as much or as little, the individual needs of each student.
Routing Tuition Has been developed specifically to train students in the art and techniques of one of the most versatile woodworking tools ever developed - the Router. This can be run as part of the Home or Workshop Tuition sessions with each session being tailored to the individual needs of each student.
Shopsmith Tuition is mostly, specific to the Shopsmith Woodworking system. With correct tuition this system, developed by Shopsmith in Dayton Ohio, enables you to bring your dreams from concept into reality.
Skills Development currently have developed four specific day tutorials covering 1 day Router Basics, 2 day Router Basics, Tool and Blade Sharpening and Scroll Saw Basics.
